Street parking is a growing problem in our community. Unfortunately, we are very limited on how this problem can be controlled. The easiest way is to speak to your neighbors, and explain your concerns to them. Remind them that parking on the street not only creates a safety hazard, but also a security concern as vehicles parked on the street are at an increased risk for burglaries. Since the streets in our community are public city roads, street parking itself is not illegal. However the vehicle must be parked correctly. For example the vehicle must be parked pointing with the flow of traffic, and can not be blocking a driveway or fire hydrant. If you observe a vehicle, whose owner chooses not to comply, you are encouraged to call the Tomball Police Department at 281-351-5451.
The first step you should take is to complete an ACC Form, and summit it our management Company. The ACC Form can be found under the Forms section of the Information page of this site, or by clicking here.
The easiest way to report the outage is to note the six digit number on the lightpole, and and visit Center Point Energy's Streetlight Outage Page.
Of the 121 platted lots in our community, 119 have homes bulit on them. The remaining 2 lots are our community park.
The affairs of our Community Improvement Association are managed be a professional management company that carries out daily operations at the direction of a board of five trustees.
Trustees must be a member of the association (a homeowner), and each trustee is elected to a three year term. For more information about current trustees or their positions please view the Board of Trustees page.
